Our Local Malaysian Guards are all within the age range of 25 years to 55 years and have completed the maximum Malaysian Secondary School education level five (MCE/SPM) and are fluent in the National Language and a fair level of English. All these security guards are recruited and trained in accordance to the requirement stipulated by the Home Affairs Ministry of Malaysia.

They undergo a stringent pre employment background screening process which is a mandatory requirement pursuant to the rules set by the Home Affairs Ministry of Malaysia.

Prior to deployment to the respective assignments they undergo a three day induction and a subsequent seven days On The Job training pertaining Site/Facility familiarization and SOP familiarization.

Periodic Performance Evaluation and Refresher Trainings are also conducted to ensure performance efficiency and consistency and the overall performance progress is measured by KPI’s.
