Tegas Security Services Sdn.Bhd was established in 1982 by a group of visionary security practitioners with Police and Armed Forces background with an objective to provide highly trained and skilled security guards to the commercial and industrial sectors and since then we have gradually evolved into a prominent Commercial and Industrial Security Loss Prevention and Security Risk Management service provider in Malaysia.
We provide security services such as Armed and Unarmed Guards, Gurkha Guards, MVAE (Mobile Vehicle Armed Escort), Executive Protection, K9 – Guard Dog Unit, Private Investigation, Security Risk Assessment, Integration of Security Surveillance Systems, CPTED and Security Consultancy.
To ensure our services consistently meet or exceed customer security requirements or criteria, we adopt KPI metrics to measure progress of performance towards set goals.
This has immensely benefited us and our customers and has helped us to identify areas which necessitates improvement and ultimately has enabled us to enhance the security services to our customers.
With the advent of 9/11, global security had undergone rapid transformation with great emphasis on the importance of anti terrorism security enhancement measures and likewise we at Tegas Security Services have initiated internal training programs to equip our security personnel with the relevant knowledge and skills required to counter the pertinent emerging threats.
To propel ourselves to be at par with global security standards, we have permanently engaged security practitioners with knowledge and working experience related to TAPA (Technology Asset Protection Association) and C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism). The continuous self improvement process which we adopt had ultimately enabled us to transcend the normal security service parameters and had enhanced our capability and preparedness to serve customers with a more stringent and demanding security requirement.
We are also in the midst of achieving the ISO 9001-2000 accreditation and are aggressively engaged in an expansion exercise to open branches in all the states in Peninsular and East Malaysia by end of 2009. |
